Delete old hostname databases

Hello, in /var/lib/mysql are databases with the name of old hostnames (hostnames that were used before but no longer used). Can I delete it and leaving only the one with the name of the current hostname? Thank you.

  Always better to move, or rename, first. If something breaks, you can roll back the change. If nothing breaks, sure.
