    Have you made sure easyapache is no longer running? check from a CLI using "top" or run this command: ps aux | grep easyapache or WHM>>>system health>>>show current running processes

    Check if this file exists and if so delete it: /usr/local/apache/AN_EASYAPACHE_BUILD_IS_CURRENTLY_RUNNING Then try restarting apache

    Try restarting apache with; service httpd restart Note any errrors. Also check the last easyapache log to see what errors there were, the log is located: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/easy/apache
