Hi,
Yes I have used "Home >> Software >> MariaDB/MySQL Upgrade"
Error message
MySQL/MariaDB Upgrade
WARNING: A running EasyApache process was detected. Wait for EasyApache to finish before you attempt to upgrade MySQL.
If you are certain that the EasyApache process is finished, you may click the following button to restart the MySQL upgrade.
I restart this service but nothing and all my sites is stop Thanks for helping me.

Have you made sure easyapache is no longer running? check from a CLI using "top" or run this command: ps aux | grep easyapache or WHM>>>system health>>>show current running processes 0 -

Check if this file exists and if so delete it: /usr/local/apache/AN_EASYAPACHE_BUILD_IS_CURRENTLY_RUNNING Then try restarting apache 0 -

Try restarting apache with; service httpd restart Note any errrors. Also check the last easyapache log to see what errors there were, the log is located: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/easy/apache 0 -
