Create a package with default MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR

Hello! I have searched in the doc: How to Set Email Send Limits - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation but not find anything related with my question. When I create a package, I only have a option to set a value limit or set to unlimited, but not to set the default server value configured in tweak settings. How to create a package to use the default MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR, (Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed) ? Thanks!

  You may specify values for individual domains by editing the cpuser file at /var/cpanel/users/. Add a MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR-[$domain] key and specify a value. Remember to replace $domain with the domain you wish to limit. If you make any changes to the cpuser file, make sure to run the /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updateuserdomainsscript.   Seriously, have you read my question? How to create a package to use the default MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR You know what is a package in WHM ?

  Then, the option in tweak settings "Max hourly emails per domain" in what moment take effect?

  It's applied to accounts that are created without packages. Thank you.
