Create CNAME in whm?

Can any one help me here...how can Create CNAME in whm? I can't add DNS record under my www.godaddy.com account since I registered it via Cpanel/Whm. I wanted to add CNAME record to validate whitelabeling in sendgrid.. Thank you guys...hoping for your response..

  Hello :), Are you using Child Name Servers ? If you are using Child Name Servers then you will have to update CNAME record through WHM. And if you are using your registrar nameserver, then login your domain control panel and update your CNAME record.
