Hello :), Have you removed any files from your account ? And what logs are you getting in cPanel error log file while accessing webmail of your account.

Upon searching file manager in cpanel "em2.xxxx.com" email files got lost.

Hello :) Could you elaborate on this statement? Which files were lost, and under what circumstances? Thank you.

Hello Cpanelmichael.. Roundcube files got lost and some of my public html files got lost "take note they got lost after I make restoration email configuration in whm" As i have said, error only happened on my email em2.XXXX.com using roundcube web mail. Any way how can I view a log about roundcube bugs or php failure or error???

]Hello :), No I did not remove any...in fact when error appears it only affect the em2.XXX.com email account and its email files suddenly cannot be found in file manage.. Upon viewing in my users email account list only em2.XXX.com users indicates 0-1000MB all of them appears "0" size but take note my em1.XXX.com users files in file manager is intact completely fine.

if your server runs backup, I would first make a copy of affected mail account and keep it on safe place before the backup is over-written. from my previous experience someone delete his account accidentally using the file manager and once deleted the only option available is the backups. IIRC backspace button used to delete the selected folder in newer file manager of cPanel and many user use it as backspace worked as back to last page in most browsers.
