How can i Block an e-mail account from sending emails except from his domain

Hello, I want to block an email account (Not Domain) from sending e-mails, except from sending to his domain. example usermail@mydomain.com can send emails only to other @mydomain.com e-mail accounts, but cant send to any other domain. Thanks
