error message when you click on " Mail Queue Manager"

Hi, Not all times it appears this error message ( see attached image ) . =========== What can be the message ? No response from subprocess (whostmgr (whostmgr11)): The subprocess ended prematurely because it received the "SEGV" (11) signal. The process dumped a core file I appreciate everyone's help Paulo

  Hello :) Your access level suggests you only have reseller access to the system. Could you verify if you have root access to the server, and if so, let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you see the error message in your browser? Thank you.

  Hi Michael, I have root access, but nothing of this error stopped . Still greatly appreciate your help Paulo

  For instance, if you browse to the "Mail Queue Manager" option in Web Host Manager, and you see the error message in your browser, there's no output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log? Thank you.
