SpamAssassin recomends remove X_PRIORITY header

When I test a mail from account in mail-tester.com the result is: -1.568 XPRIO Please remove the X_PRIORITY header How to remove this? I don"t find anything bout. Thanks.

  Hello :) Are you experiencing any issues with mail acceptance or is the only issue with the report from that website? Note that I've not seen any complaints of blacklisted servers based on the X_Priority information in the email header. Thank you.
