Wordpress cpanel update failure
Hi.
I have a VPS with Inmotion hosting, WHM and 3 accounts (they are all mine).
2 months ago, I installed Wordpress for each and every account from their cPanel. Back then, the version was 4.3.1.
Now I want to update them all to 4.4, but Wordpress won't offer me to update.
I also tried to do that from cpanel-site software-wordpress-upgrade
The server returned the message "Requires MySQL 5 or newer.
Could not prepare working directory: No such file or directory".
I have MySQL 5.6.27 installed.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello :) Did you upgrade these installations of WordPress through the WordPress administrator dashboard at any point in time, or have they always been installed and updated through the "Site Software" option in cPanel? Thank you. 0 -
I have never upgraded the installations of wordpress through the wordpress administrator dashboard. I have installed it through the Site software option in cpanel. 0 -
Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0
