Modifications to httpd.conf for dedicated IP Clients
Hi,
Actually, we are having a client with a dedicated IP assigned to one website. The Website is accessible via . When going to the unsecured version, it even doesn't pops under the client account. Is there a walkaround we can use to fix this up?
Thanks

Hello :) Is this the only account assigned to the IP address? If so, try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via: /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
Thank you.0 -
Actually, we already tried that... It is the only account linked to the IP... 0 -
You can make the Virtual Host for this domain name the default Virtual Host for the IP address by manually editing the Apache configuration as referenced in this thread: Tip: Overriding the default Apache virtualhost Thank you. 0 -
You can delete the subdomain, leave the contents in-place, and then re-add the subdomain to see if that helps. Or, you can move the Virtual Host of your choosing ahead of the subdomain Virtual Host per the instructions in the thread linked in my last response. Thank you. 0
