TLS problem with OSx Mail

my customer not can send email with SMTP, I checked exim log and I get this errors: 2015-12-30 09:46:08 SMTP connection from [9X.4X.14X.11X]:62708 (TCP/IP connection count = 1) 2015-12-30 09:46:08 TLS error on connection from [9X.4X.14X.11X]:62708 (SSL_accept): error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

  Hello :) Could you let us know which version of OSX is installed on the end-user's system? Is Mail SNI enabled for this domain name, and what mail server name is used in the email configuration? Thank you.
