Add signatures to all email addresses?

Hi all. I would like all of my email accounts on a domain to possess the same signature (containing corporate info) in all outgoing mail. I'd like to be able to do this by myself and not have to rely on end users to carry this out. Additionally, I'd like to prevent end users from modifying this footer. Is this possible in cpanel? Or perhaps with some additional (preferably free) program? Thanks in advance.

  Hello :) Signatures are added via the email client or webmail application utilized by the end-user. It's not possible to force the use of a signature unless the end-user is only using a specific webmail application, and even then, there's no way to prevent them from accessing the signature option and disabling it. Thank you.

  Thanks for the prompt and informative reply. What about the MailScanner package that other threads have mentioned. Do you know of that might accomplish what I need? Or might it be best if I check with them directly?

  This thread (from 10 years ago now that I look at it). edit - Full Disclosure: I haven't actually looked into whether Mail Scanner can do what I want. I'm just doing some cursory research here, and saw this post that said Mail Scanner can do it.

  MailScanner is a third-party application. It's offered as a package for WHM at: Free cPanel MailScanner Package You may want to review the configuration for MailScanner after installing it to determine which option allows you to add text to outgoing messages. Thank you.
