reboot takes long time

Hello when I upgrade my machine kernel to the latest stable I should reboot server and when I reboot the server it takes 15 minutes to boot up again which too long. Here is the boot.log file: - Removed - Thanks [LIST]

CENTOS 6.7 x86_64 [LIST]

  Output removed from your post, there's nothing there of use. The time it takes for your server to reboot, has nothing to do with cPanel.

  Best to watch the boot process VIA console or KVM to see were the slow down is
