renaming not supported across conflicting directory permissions

Hey there. I'm having a lot of problems renaming and deleting my mail folders in outlook. I almost always get the following message: renaming not supported across conflicting directory permissions Can I do something on the server to fix this? Thanks already, Rasmus.

  Hello :) Could you verify if running "/scripts/mailperm $username" via the command line corrects the issue for the affected account? Thank you.

  Thanks for your reply! Would that be through SSH to the server? And would I run /scripts/mailperm name@domain.com? Thanks!

  Yes, it's via SSH as the "root" user: https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/security/ssh-access/  You would run the command with the account username, rather than the email account username. Thank you.
