Preventing Access to webmail

Hi, I have some problem with CPanel.. Previously user can login to domain.com/webmail using main cpanel password... But now, they must use their own password for accessing webmail.. it's Good Security enhancement.. But they still can access other email from domain.com/cpanel -> Email Account -> More -> Access Webmail How to prevent user having CPanel main password from login to other email account using main password.. Thank you very much...
