cron job options not working

Hello team. i know its a very old quetion,i have tried all bellow options in running cron job but seemed not to work, can someone help me please.will appreciate. wget

  thanks but i found out my host has blocked whm where i can use ssh.

  Could you verify if you have root access to the server, or just a hosting account from a web hosting provider? Thank you.

  iam afraid they dont give us access to root access, http://yourdomain.com/whm

  You will need to report this issue to your web hosting provider for assistance if you do not have root access to the server. They can access the server as "root" and troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.

  Hi,Michael,i contacted my isp,and its seems now to be working .however i received access denied at end of the usr/home/public/php:accessdenied ie /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /home/auto/public_html/newsletter/blast_script.php: Permission denied

  thanks guys its now working like a charm used this,i think -q was missing to get php and also permission /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/autotran/public_html/newsletter/cron.php ---permission to folder 755
