Now uploading my site there, will I then assume that my site is on vps on shared hosting?

Hello :) A VPS allows you to have root access and complete control of the server (e.g. software versions, customizations). Creating a cPanel account does not make it a shared server, and it's completely normal to create cPanel accounts on a VPS. You now have access to both Web Host Manager and cPanel, whereas before you only had access to cPanel. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. Even as to that, can I still install to the root directory, " /var/www/html/", if i still need to. If yes, is there a documentation, tutorial, or directives to that?

Once you've completed server setup, and secured the server properly, and created at least one Package, then you'd create your first actual cPanel account. You don't create accounts where you're asking about.
