Hello, Have you tried with the other cPanel theme ? Also I will suggest you please try to update cPanel on your server with the following command.
    /scripts/upcp --force

Same result after trying both. If I press "Save" nothing happens. No actions occur.

Hello, I am currently experiencing the same issue, even with the x3 theme. I updated CloudLinux with a beta version just in case they solved it but nope. I guess we will have to wait for a fix or something. Meh. Also, and completely off-topic and somehow related (theme based problem): is there any way to get the older 11.52 paper_lantern (x3 inspired) instead of the newer one? When I updated it my customers felt weird and most likely with the strange user administration which englobes all of them. Thanks!

Hello :) Cloud Linux and EasyApache 4 are not yet compatible: Current Status of EasyApache 4 - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation Please utilize EasyApache 3 until official support for Cloud Linux with EasyApache 4 is offered. Thank you.

Is the "Retro" style for the Paper Lantern theme suitable? Thank you.

Hi, This is a bug with CloudLinux. We have notified them and they have acknowledged the issue, however they have no ETA on getting this fixed. We've opened an internal case (CPANEL-3607) about this issue, but since the fix needs to come from CloudLinux, tracking this case might not be extremely useful.

Alright, happy to hear they know it's there and they will fix it (even tho no ETA). Sadly, I'll have to wait. Thanks you for your time, have a happy (delayed) new year to all cPanel Support & Devs! (And owners:-D)

Is there any internal case for CloudLInux so I can follow their progress, and see if they fixed it or anything? Or, will you provide feedback with regular patch notes (I guess?)? (PS: Didn't let me modify the previous post, it said I'm spam-like or something, sorry)

There's no case number from Cloud Linux, but you can monitor their releases/updates at: Blogs I've also made a note to update this thread with more information as it becomes available. Thank you.

When trying to change php extensions in paper_lantern, nothing saves. I can click Save or Use Defaults and nothing sticks. The save and Use Defaults button don't work at all.

I had the same problem. Seems that the problem lies with two missing javascript files. The minified versions of the javascript files are missing for some reason but the originals work just fine so we just copy them. cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/cloudlinux cp -a cl-message-handler.js cl-message-handler.min.js cp -a jsonparse.js jsonparse.min.js Problem solved! -Sverrir M

Oh my god, thanks! I r8 8/8 m8! Without forgetting (I guess, just in case) cagefsctl --force-update Thank you so much! Didn't notice that, I feel stupid now... And you only have one post, thank you so much for registering just to answer it!!! Staff, give this guy a medal! You saved my days and customers -until CL fixed it-, have a nice day!

Hopefully someone from CL will notice this fix and fix it for all the people unaware of the issue, and clients then having issues.
