I cannot receive emails externally WebMail
I can receive internal emails, such as having a contact form on my website that sends the message to support@mydomain.com[/EMAIL]
however,
when someone sends me a message from gmail.com or something, I never get it.
I tested it out myself by sending a message to my domain email from my gmail, and my gmail got an error reply saying:
this is how my dns looks like: 1/2 i.imgur.com/vtxPbHG.png 2/2 i.imgur.com/FMWZsmo.png

Hello :), You are using external mail server for your domain but you have not created your mail account on your mail server and due to that you are getting bounce back mail with " Recipient not found " error. 0 -
Hello :) Your MX records point to an external mail server. Thus, you will need to create the email accounts on that server and configure your email clients to utilize that server when checking for mail. Thank you. 0 -
Hey thanks for the replies. I'm a bit lost here. I have an email account which I created through cpanel. What must I do to fix this problem? Thanks. 0 -

To clarify, are your MX records now pointed to the cPanel server? Your previous responses suggest you were using a third-party email provider. Thank you.0
