Warning when connect to server

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!! WARNING !!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The CPanel installation is not complete yet. Please do not restart the server and wait until this message is no longer displayed when you login to the server.
I am getting this warning everytime i SSH to my server. Waited one day, but the warning does not dissapeare. I think it happened after installing CloudLinux, but not sure. So my question is: Is it safe to ignore the warning and restart the server?

  Hello :), Can you please check cPanel installation logs file /var/log/cpanel-install.log with the following command
  tail -30 /var/log/cpanel-install.log

  Yes, /etc/motd is populated with the same text. 10x i will overwrite it manually.
