My webmail not loading

Hello guys, my webmail has not been loading for some days now If i load the webmail.domain it loads something totally different. Also, when I log into the webmail via ip, I am able to send mails but can't receive any mail. Thank you

  Hello :) Could you verify which IP address "webmail.yourdomain" resolves to? Also, do you notice any error messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog when sending to this domain name? EX:
  exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
