Can send emails but can't recieve

Hi, I have created my cpanel email. I can send emails from that email but i do not receive any email. Why i tried to send from my outlook email i revived mail failure notice. Kindly guide

  Hello :), What error are you getting with the outlook ? And have you correctly updated your nameserver and mx record of your domain ? I think your MX record is not correctly resolve and due to that you are unable to received mail on your mail account

  Hello :) I suggest using a website such as IntoDNS to verify your domain name uses the correct name servers, and the MX records are pointed to the correct server. You may also want to reach out to your hosting provider so they can determine if there are any email issues with the server. Thank you.
