Email receiving problem

Hi, I can not receive emails on my @domain-name email. While internal @domain-name emails are working fine. Can you guide me how to fix it.

Have you checked your domain name for issues using a site like intodns.com? You might start there and if you see any issues, resolve them at your Domain Name Registrar. If you don't have root access to the server you're on, you might want to speak with your Hosting Provider so they can take a closer look at your account for you.

Thank you for your reply. I'm using godaddy web-hosting. I don't have complete idea of DNS servers. So I should contact godaddy to resolve this issue?
