    Hello :) Is the same username listed each time this happens? If so, could you verify if the virtfs directory for this particular username exists and if the file exists? Also, since this is potential bug with cPanel version 54, please feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

    Hello, I have the exact same issue all of a sudden. WMH 54.0 (Build 8) Centos 6.7 x86_64. May I know the outcome of the ticket?     Hello :) This is addressed with internal case CPANEL-3992 in version 54.0.10: Fixed case CPANEL-3992: Jailshell setup can generate cron email due to race condition in setup. Note this version is currently only available on the "Edge" build tier. Thank you.
