Cpanel invalid login

so i wanted to start use centos and cpanel , i no have any expressions with Linux i install the Centos 7 and install WHM&Cpanel successfully on a local VM . i logon to the WHM make the first config everyone happy , when i try to connect to Cpanel is give me a error invalid login , i add the IP to the still the same error any ideas ?

  Hello :) Are you able to access the server via SSH? If so, what's output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log when the login attempt fails? Also, ensure you access port 2087 for Web Host Manager so you can create an account for cPanel (no cPanel accounts are created by default). Thank you.

  I am also experiencing this error. My IP is added to whitelist. I also removed all blocks from csf and added my ip to accept all. I cannot connect to SSH, FTP or web panel. I didn't know my access id will be needed to create support ticket. So, i cannot create support ticket either. Sorry for posting to multiple places but Need urgent support.

  Hello :) What error message do you receive when attempting to connect? Are you logging in with the account username? Thank you.

  If you try to connect to WHM using 2086 port you get The login is invalid message. If you try to connect using SSH simply your password didn't accepted. No error message at all.

  I suggest contacting your hosting provider or data center if access to all services has failed. There's no way for us to troubleshoot the issue if you have no access to your server at all.
