Domain redirecting to Default Webpage

First off, I know this is a well talked about topic. I have been trawling the forum for the past hour or so trying different fixes, but still not solved my problem. What Happened: I changed the IP address of my domain and now I get the default webpage everytime. Things I have checked: DNS Zone in WHM shows all the correct IP information, A Record on my DNS provider checked and correct. Ping from domain showing correct IP. http.conf has all correct details. I rebuilt apache, restarted. restarted DNS server. 1 Strange thing: When I goto List Accounts > "Modify Account" at the bottom there is the option "Enable SPF on this account." this shows the incorrect/old IP!! So any ideas please.

  Hello :) Have you tried changing the IP address back to the main shared IP, and then changing it again to the new IP address to ensure it completes the switch successfully? Thank you.
