Trying to assign a user to main static IP

If I only have 1 static IP to use, is it possible to assign a user to the main IP so I can access user's website using the same static IP? I disabled the mod_userdir to access the website by just entering the IP address, but it doesn't work. Am I missing any step? Please advise. Thank you.

  short answer NO you will need a free IP to assign to a user

  Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately our oversea hosting company doesn't offer extra IP unless we upgrade our server. Our first plan was to add another static IP and assign to the user who owns our new magento site. Since we cannot get any extra IP, is there any other option available? We have a dedicated server with WHM/cPanel license and have root access to WHM. Please advise. Thank you.
