    i use this address:

Looking at Webdisk instructions inside cPanel under Manual Connection Instructions there is no mention of port 443 for this. Nor do the docs: Connect to Web Disk with Third-Party Software - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

Hello :) Have you installed a firewall or enabled any iptables firewall rules on this system? If so, could you verify if the issue persists when temporarily disabling your firewall? Thank you.

It is a problem related to cPanel 54 (11.54.0.1) . The cPanel staff are working to fix it for next update . I hope someone reads this and not waste time .Thanks Hello, It appears the problem with downloading files that are 16k in size or smaller is an issue in cPanel 54 (11.54.0.1), as I can't reproduce the issue in cPanel 11.52.2.2. I have opened an internal case with development in regards to this issue. It is assigned case ID CPANEL-3739. Once the issue is resolved, the internal case ID will reflect in the cPanel ChangeLog at Change Logs - Documentation - cPanel Documentation. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you. -- Kyle Pinkley cPanel Technical Analyst III Migrations Coordinator
