Determining spam source

I get lots of emails in Mail Queue Manager and unable to find the source of spam. here is a sample source code of a email in Queue : i removed all emails inside the account hosted under this domain and changed cpanel password for the domain, but still same. anyone can help me with this? - Removed -

  We don't need the actual emails, IP addresses, domain names, or the content of the spam.

  any idea how to find the source of spam ,i Have already tried php-mail-header patch from choon.net. but dose't detect the source file it shows following in source code only
