Problem forwarding an email

Hi, Forgive me if I joined in the conversation, I would like to seek for any suggestion assistance that you all may provide. I have a problem forwarding a mail coming for a particular domain name, it doesn't reach the recipients mailbox but only when I forward, the normal compose mails are working fine. Should you need further info/ details. Please let me know. Thank you so much Regards, Gil

  Hello :) Please post the log output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for this particular message. EX:
  exigrep forwarded@email.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
