Change cPanel password without changing the FTP password

Hi, Does anybody know how to change cPanel password without changing the FTP password? I'd like to give cPanel access to somebody but not access to the FTP using ftp client. Thanks!

  Hello :) cPanel access allows for access to cPanel File Manager, FTP, and SSH/SFTP (if access is permitted). Blocking FTP access would not prevent the authorized user from uploading/accessing the files associated with the account.
