Email blocked issue
Recently switched to a new dedicated server and was shocked that all my emails are now getting blocked by Microsoft(outlook.com, hotmail, and others.) At first we found out the issue was a bad PTR. After we fixed that issue the problem went away. Now my emails are getting blocked again. Below is what I am getting from Microsoft, I have changed the IP addresses, email address, and domain names.
Any ideas on the cause of this?

These public email services may limit the emails from certain Ips, if theysend massive emails. Please check your server mail sending status from each account. Aslo providers like google will have specific options for settings up mass mail domains. You may check the SPF and DKIM configurations of your domain too. Probably that will be missed during dns update time. 0 -
Hello :) The following document will help you ensure your server is properly configured: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation You may also have to consult directly with Microsoft through the URL in the error message to request that your server is delisted. Thank you. 0 -
