Relay access denied

I am setting up an external antispam server using Scrollout (which is similar to spamexperts service) The problem is that when email is sent to some domains I get a "Relay access denied" as you can see on this picture [Removed] The curious thing is that I have 2 domains on this server that works fine However when I tried the same configuration with the 3 other domains. The IP of the antispam server is [Removed] and I have already added it to the trusted IPs list of EXIM Do you have any suggestion?

  Hello :) Could you paste an entry in /var/log/exim_mainlog for emails that encounter this error? EX:
  exigrep user@affected-domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
