Installing Phabricator on cPanel/WHM

I am trying to install Phabricator on cPanel/WHM"theoretically there should be no problem as a cPanel/WHM server meets the system requirements for this product. However, at some point it asks for modify the vHost for URL rewriting. Of course, this will be overwritten by WHM so I tried to replicate the same functionality in my homedir's .htaccess, without success. Has anyone tried installing Phabricator and getting it to work with cPanel?
