Autoresponders producing e-mails to Mailer-Daemon

Hello everyone, I am getting a significant number of e-mails daily, that come from my users autoresponders. Why would these users autoresponders be sending e-mails to mailer-daemon? Is there a simple way to fix it? For now, my solution has been to log in as users and set the response time to 720 hours, which reduced the volume greatly, but did not stop the e-mail. Thank you.

  Hello :) It's likely spammers are using fake email addresses to send messages to the email account with the autoresponder. Thus, the messages are bounced when the autoresponder attempts to send the automatic response to the fake email account. Have you enabled SpamAssassin to reduce the number of SPAM emails that make it through? Thank you.

  Yes, SpamAssassin is running on the server.
