cPanel restart service httpd failed

my apache serever was down for more than 2 hours and i got this messgaes by email The service "httpd" appears to be down.   Hello :) Could you verify if Apache is actually failing before it's detected as down, or if Chkservd is incorrectly marking it as a "failed" service? You can review /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log to look for any specific reasons for a failure before the automatic restarts occurs. Please also review your firewall rules to see if local connections over port 80 are blocked for any reason. Thank you.

  i have check my server error_log and i got this at the time of restar attepmpts - Output Removed - and here are the iptables rules - Output Removed - i'm not an expert in server administration so if you want access to my server i can open a support ticket Best regards Abdul
