Enable DSN
Hello!
I have noticed that the options:
[LIST]
"Always request a delivery status notification" (Roundcube) and "Request delivery receipt for this message" (Outlook 2013) does not work.
"Always request a return receipt" (Roundcube) does not work. Although 'Request a read receipt for this message" (Outlook 2013) is working.
How to solve the issue?

Here is link where is stated that 'CPanel ships with Exim 4.86' and to enable this the 'dsn_advertise_hosts = * ' should be enabled. Latest update Exim 4.86 and DSN Any comments on this? Thanks! 0 -
While that version of Exim is shipped with cPanel, there is no native support for delivery status notifications. You are welcome to submit a question to the Exim users mailing list for assistance with manually configuring Exim to support DSN: Exim-users Info Page Thank you. 0 -
So, conclusion is, is DSN enabled and supported or not? I have similiar issue, but in my case Request delivery receipt wont work, I am using Outlook 2013, too. 0 -
There are no native options in cPanel/WHM that allow you to enable DSN. You are welcome to try implementing it by customizing your Exim configuration, but it's not supported. Thank you. 0
