Transfer Tool mail account LOCKED

Hello, Yesterday I was transferring account from 11.52.0(CentOS 5.0) to 11.52.2(CentOS 7). Before transferring account was suspended. After successful transfer on new CentOS 7.0 server account was not suspended, and all e-mail users have problem with authentication. Server not accept passwords. I've checked: /home/accountname/etc/domain.tld/shadow has "*LOCKED*" in password section and at the end of line. After removing all *LOCKED* string everything back to normal. Is that all what I need to do? It is normal? How to prevent that situation, or any suggestions?

  Hello :) Internal case CPANEL-3208 is open to address this issue. There's currently no specific time frame on a resolution, but you can monitor our change log for a resolution:
