primary email address has changed

Hello there, I'm new here and my skills are not good enough so i'm posting here what just happened. I received a mail from "Cpanel" concerning "Contact information updated". My primary email address has changed from mine for a new one related to a spanish weird website and i didn't initiate this change. What should i do ? :( thanks for your precious help. Debby

  You should login to your account, change your cPanel password and your email passwords. You might also want to contact your Hosting Provider and explain that you think your account has been compromised.
