After upgrade to Apache 2.4 CGI Script show Internal Server Error

Hello, After I upgrade my Apache version from 2.2 to 2.4 my CGI script CobreBemECommerce show Internal Server Error. The permission and owner of files are correct, if I ran on old server the CGI script works fine. Below the error on log files of Apache:
