The email account that you tried to reach does not exist
Ever since I signed up with Cpanel, I haven't been able to recieve any email, but I can send.
I used a personal email to send an email to my Cpanel and this was the error message I got back:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
someuser@example.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain example.com by aspmx.l.google.com. [2a00:1450:4010:c01::1a].
The error that the other server returned was:
550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try
550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or
550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at

Hi, This error usually occurs when there are typos in the recipient's email address Please check these : Spaces before or after an address Dots at the end of the address 0 -
Hello :), I think there is an issues with your MX record setup. Have you correctly setup your name server and MX record for your domain? Might be your mx record is pointing to any other server and your mail account dose not exist on that server and that is the reason you are getting this bounce back message. 0 -
Hello :) Yes, try using a website such as IntoDNS to verify the MX records for your domain names point to the cPanel server. You may need to update the name servers at the domain registrar, or update the MX records for the domain name at it's DNS host. Thank you. 0
