    Hello :), I think there is an issues with your MX record setup. Have you correctly setup your name server and MX record for your domain? Might be your mx record is pointing to any other server and your mail account dose not exist on that server and that is the reason you are getting this bounce back message.

    Hello :) Yes, try using a website such as IntoDNS to verify the MX records for your domain names point to the cPanel server. You may need to update the name servers at the domain registrar, or update the MX records for the domain name at it's DNS host. Thank you.
