    Hi, Try to restart MySQL service. If still showing same error you may check the website is pointing to your server IP or try to accesses cpanel with serverIP/cpanel

    Hi, same problem here, Track Delivery does not work. I've updated five servers to cPanel 54, but only one displays this error (perhaps because i have php-fpm enabled ?).
    /etc/redhat-release:CloudLinux Server release 6.7 (Aleksei Gubarev) /usr/local/cpanel/version:11.54.0.8 /var/cpanel/envtype:standard CPANEL=release Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Unix) Server built: Jan 22 2016 10:30:32 Cpanel::Easy::Apache v3.32.9 rev9999 +cloudlinux PHP 5.6.17 (cli) (built: Jan 22 2016 10:33:31) Copyright (c) 1997-2015 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2015 Zend Technologies mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.6.28, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper

    I've found this solution: Feature Manager -> Manage Feature List -> enable MySQL But that's no good for "mail only" accounts ... :(

    But that's no good for "mail only" accounts ... :(

    Internal case CPANEL-3918 addresses this issue: Fixed case CPANEL-3918: Allow Email Trace when the mysql feature is disabled. It's included with cPanel version 11.54.0.10, currently available in the "Edge" build tier. Thank you.
