Reseller Disk Space Usage

Hello. As I know via ACL can be restricted the DISK and BANDWIDTH. When I add 3 MB Disk in the ACL the user can still upload. Why is this? s21.postimg.org/pb9dnha4n/acl.png

  Hello :) The feature you have enabled refers to the ability to create new accounts with specific package limits, as opposed to a limit on actual disk space usage.
