FTP Connection Error after last Update

Hello Forum, I had last days a request when i logged in that there would be a new feature for better login switching (thats how I have understood it) One thing was marked by default on activate, the other one not, i believe I have activated both. And it seems that this caused some problems with my FTP connection, as before everything was working fine and now I get every time the same error. Could someone tell me what the problem is, or if that is maybe simply a bug or something? I have 'once upon a time' changed my ftp default ports, to give me a bit of more security. But the error if I use wrong Port is a different one... Any guesses? Kind Regards Caylean

Hello :) Do you have any firewall rules installed on the cPanel version 54 server? If so, check to ensure your IP address is not blocked, and that port 21 is not completely blocked for incoming traffic. Thank you.

Problem solved, the last update on the Server caused the FTP Port to be resetted to default value 21 ... trying to connect with the other value caused the error. Have changed to back to non standard value and everything is fine again.
