Where is SilenceDeprecatedPatch

I just updated to EA4 and got Deprecated Report warning. I disabled them via php config file. but i read there is php module called SilenceDeprecatedPatch where i can access via the EA4 gui but i can not find it. I am looking for it under EasyApachy4>PHP>PHP Extensions>Search
