Webmail contacts on cPanel Backup - Lost them all

Hi, I'm the owner of a webhost company in Brazil. I hired a new server, backup all the accounts from the old one and send them all to the new server. In one of them my client used to keep his email contacts on Horde and RoundCube. A few days after the old server was cancelled my client said that his e-mail contacts weren't there. I tried to restore the backup, the e-mails are all there, but the contacts are not. And I can't access the old server anymore. Can anyone help me in this case? Regards! Caio Pavanelli

  Hello :) Could you verify the versions of cPanel installed on the source and destination servers? Also, does the /home/$username/.cphorde directory exist under this account? Thank you.

  In the old one I really don't know anymore. The new one is 11.50.4 (build 4). Regards!
