After latest cPanel update, no drop-down to manage other users

Hello, The latest update has changed the Paper_Lantern Theme significantly. But now there is no drop-down to select other users. I can't find it. Has this been removed? Has it been moved or something? Can someone assist? Thanks

  The Switch Account dropdown is now located on the Dashboard. The Dashboard is the third icon down, on the left bar. It looks like a speedometer.
