Can't connect OS X 10.6.8 to cPanel CalDAV
Hi,
I try to connect my CalDAV account on my cPanel server to my old MacBook with OS X 10.6.8 on it and I got this error: "Account information cannot be found". But it work on my MacBook Air with OS X 10.11 on it.
I Googled this issue and all I got its about iCloud calendar and Google calendar. Not for this I search at all.
Someone can help me to figure out why this issue happen?
Thanks,
Guillaume

Hello :) Are you unable to update the version the operating system to a more recent version? Also, have you tried using a third-party client (e.g. CyberDuck) to see if that makes a difference? Thank you. 0 -
Hi Michael, Unfortunately I can't update my MacBook to a more recent version of OS X because its a old laptop. I'm at the maximum. I will try CyberDuck but I'm not sure it will work on a old OS X version too. I will post results here. Thanks! 0 -
Hi, I downloaded CyberDuck 4.3 but as I can see its not a CalDAV client. Do you know what wrong with iCal on OS X 10.6.8 because it not work with cPanel CalDAV? Thanks, 0 -
Thank you for the clarification on CalDAV over WebDAV. Per our documentation, Snow Leopard instructions are not offered: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/webmail/how-to-set-up-calendars-and-contacts/ Try using a client such as Thunderbird with Lighting and use the "Other Applications" tab in the above document. Thank you.
