Website without cert on shared ip redirected

hi all Our clients found that his website with https redirect to another websites. We found out that the redirected website is the one that is installed SSL cert. They use the same shared ip. WHM shows that the shared ip is using that SSL website as https primary. Normally it should redirect to cpanel defualt website page, but it is not. How do i fix this problem? thanks.
